Graduated from the State Oil Academy on qualification - chemist, industrial engineer. Has more than 17 year experience in oil business, including oil inspection, transportation, logistics, terminal management, shipping and trading.

Samuel has diverse experience in energy transactions across emerging markets. He most recently served in the U.S. Department of Defense’s Task Force for Business and Stability Operations, where he was responsible for structuring, execution and post-acquisition management and monitoring of upstream tenders in Afghanistan.

Has more than 15 years of progressive managerial experience in companies with turnover in excess of $1 Billion. Vladimir has been in core team of these companies through start-up, crisis and growth modes.

Mr. Qasimi’s practice focuses on international business transactions, private equity and venture capital, and alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in handling a broad variety of international business transactions, particularly in the Middle East, North Africa and South and Central Asia regions.
